You're invited to hang with the Douggles.
I'll be on my best behavior, promise.
‼ FLASH ‼
The only bad thing about Pike Place Market is the crowds, so I'm going Sunday 2/9 during the Super Bowl, when it'll be emptier.
‼ FLASH ‼
Tuesday 2/10 I'm lunching at Cheeky Cafe, near but not quite downtown. After lunch, I'll be at the rally at the Federal Building. Come eat and/or march with me!
Here's what I've been up to...
• had a lovely breakfast of carrot hotcakes at 14 Carrot Cake near Lake Union. They specialize in carrot cake and it was pretty dang good.
• had my first pupusa at The Salvadorean Bakery & Restaurant in White Center. Also, they make the very best pineapple turnover ever on earth.
• marched in West Seattle against the ongoing coup, and came home in better spirits, but with an achy back and sore ankles.• saw the David Lynch documentary at the Beacon. It's fabulous if you like David Lynch, probably incomprehensible if you don't.
• watched a lot of Twin Peaks. The show was too weird for me in the 1990s, but I've gotten weirder so now it's just right.
• went to the Georgetown Steam Plant, and slipped and almost fell down the stairs, but didn't — hooray for not slipping!
And here's a list of things I *might* be up to in the next week. Whether I do or don't depends on my mood and the gout and whether anyone wants to come with.

flatulence to tag along, I'm that guy. All invitations will be
